When we audited the GBP and website, the gaps were significant. The profile had duplicate and junk service entries diluting the listing. The website was missing pages for most of the services the business actually offers. There was no baseline tracking in place, so there was no way to know what was working.
What We Built Complete
- Full GBP cleanup: removed duplicate entries, standardized service names, aligned all categories to actual search intent.
- Core 30 gap analysis: mapped the 30 highest-priority services to existing website pages. Found most had no dedicated page at all.
- Performance baseline established using the GBP Performance API. We now have a starting point to measure direction views, call clicks, and search visibility over time.
- Content system activated: Caleb Ulku's 8-pass content process applied to every service page we build. Each page is built for search intent first, not just word count.
